    It's a smart home protocol, it can conect with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Samsung SmartThings system to control shades by phone or voice through smart speaker.

  • How can I charge motorized shades?

    If you choose wired motor, just plug it in socket. If you choose battery motor you can charged it through USB-C cable or through the solar panel.

  • Where can I find the QR Code ?

    We always stick the QR code on top of top track.

  • What do the green/red lights on the charger mean?

    LED light flashes red when it opens or closes the shade also indicates low battery. 

    LED light flashes green when it recharges the motor. 

    LED light turns solid green when the battery is fully charge.
